Production

Siltas realized their fabrication production by setting up its first plant in the region of Istanbul/Sile/Karakiraz with the support of information-technology purchased from Germany. Using the experience and knowledge gained over time, second plant in higher capacity with higher production efficiency was activated in Istanbul/Sile/Kızılcakoy.

Its technology and holistic approach has brought Siltas on top place regarding silica sand product quality.

Siltas uses the following stages in the production of silica sand:

• Washing
• Enrichment
• Classification
• Dewatering

Company produces the products untouched by human hands with maximum AFS clay of 0.5 ‰, maximum humidity of 7‰, degree of homogeneity of 70 ‰ or above in the production flow.
